To get to Topeka from KC or Lawrence

I-70 is the best way, although there is a turnpike fee each way. ($2.30 from KC, $1.15 tops from Lawrence)

Take I-70 West and continue on I-70, taking the Downtown Topeka exit. It is on the right side of the fork in the highway when you are about to arrive in Topeka.

Stay on I-70, as it will circle around Topeka passing Downtown, etc. You will pass street numbers, then pass MacVicar Ave. The exit you want to take is Gage Blvd.

Take a left/south onto Gage Blvd. You will pass Gage Park. At 10th Street is Fleming Place, a shopping area on the southwest corner of 10th and Gage.

Blackbird (the old Lola's) is inside Fleming Place.
